"We conducted a yoga class for the students to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining a healthy and fit body. Through this session, we aimed to educate them on the benefits of yoga, such as improved flexibility, balance, and concentration. We also emphasized the value of regular exercise in reducing stress and anxiety, boosting mood, and enhancing overall well-being. Additionally, we encouraged the students to adopt healthy lifestyle habits, including a balanced diet, sufficient sleep, and regular physical activity, to achieve a harmonious balance between body and mind."

Our research sought to underscore the vital role of organic farming in maintaining good health. A carefully crafted questionnaire was employed to facilitate data collection, providing us with meaningful responses from the participants."
